On an unseasonably warm Sunday in Hell, Peter Sagan finally added the greatest one day race in cycling; Paris Roubaix to his palmares. Launching a solo attack with 50km to go, Sagan soon found himself on the wheels of the days early breakaway, containing Swiss National Champion Silvan Dillier. Ultimately, it would be those two who would contest a sprint for the win in the famous Roubaix Velodrome.
While the crowd were admiring the amazing victory by Peter Sagan, the World Champion was congratulating the efforts of Silvan Dillier, in a true show of admiration in the Velodrome. This image, shot by Pro Cycling Photographer Chris Auld perfectly captures the brilliance of Peter Sagan, as a rider, and as a man.
