I'm very sorry to hear your order has not arrived. We have seen regular delays in shipping times to Australia all through the summer unfortunately due to the pandemic. Usually, orders to Australia take 10-15 days, so I appreciate in this case it's taken much longer, please also understand we have not seen any orders become lost, so it will arrive. Unfortunately, we just can't say for sure when. Even with our tracked option, you would be in the same position with the delays, as they use the same timescale, as the tracking only provides delivery confirmation, and does not provide it's exact whereabouts.
We do have additional shipping options available in the checkout, such as a 3 day DHL Express option. This option is free on orders above £150.
