Returns and exchanges

How do I return?

• This return service is for UK Customers only - enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
• International customers - please follow the international returns instructions which can be found on our websites shipping page. Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns process for customers outside the UK at present.

Which items are returnable?

You can return any items to us within 30 days of receipt of your order.

• All items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn
• All original tags must be attached
• All items must be in their original packaging
• We reserve the right to award store credit only for any items not in original packaging or with tags / labels removed 

You do not need to return free gifts such as stickers. They're all yours :)

Are there any charges for returns or exchanges?

• We offer an easy and low cost returns process. Our returns service has a small fee of £3.50 which is deducted from your refund amount.
• For an exchange, please return your original order, using the above insructions, and place a new order for the item you would prefer. 
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How soon will I get my refund?

• We will inspect all returns within 48 hours of their arrival with us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, minus the small returns fee.
