We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days of receiving cleared payments. This excludes any limited editions or custom prints, or those from the Chris Auld Collection.
All prints are hand wrapped in white, acid free tissue paper, and either rolled into a thick walled cardboard tube, or placed into a larger carton for shipping. Great care is taken to protect all items in transit.
UK Delivery : Free on orders over £30.00 or £3.25 on orders of £29.99 or less.
European Shipping : Free on orders over £55 to all European countries. £5.95 on orders of £54.99 or less.
North America : Free on all orders over £55. £6.45 on all orders of £54.99 or less.
Orders to Australia and Asia are shipped free on all orders over £55, or £7.95 on orders under £54.99.
Orders to South America are shipped free on all orders over £125.00, or £15.00 on orders under £124.99.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail, or Royal Mail International.
All UK orders should reach customers within 36 hours of dispatch. (Excludes limited editions, Custom Prints or Chris Auld Collection)

Mainland Europe = 5 - 7 working days
Scandinavia = 7 - 10 working days
North America = 10 - 15 working days (can vary)

Returns and Refunds
Christmas Returns 2018
Any goods bought between 1st November and 23rd December 2018 can be returned for a full refund for an extended period. Any returned goods must be shipped back to arrive with us on or before 25th January 2019.
We're confident that you won't want to return our products, but if you do, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to explain what you would like to return.
We are happy to offer a full refund on any products as long as we receive the item(s) back within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Please note we cannot offer exchanges. To change a size, please return the original item, where a full refund will be processed, and reorder the correct size.
We will ask that you return the item to us, to reach us in perfect condition, and once we've received your return, we'll process your refund. Please note that the customer is liable for the returns shipping charges.
