Control Oversocks

I bought the large, (9 -11) and I'm a size 9. I couldn't get them on past the heel of my shoes.

These oversocks are very tight and the material is not as stretchy as some others I have, so they are very hard to get on, and with one pair of shoes I have (Giro VR rumble) they are uncomfortably tight to wear.

The Oversocks look like they are made of pretty tough material - need a bit of are to stretch them over shoe buckles and straps but they should give protection from road grime etc as well as the cold. So far haven’t actually used them outside. The bundled Contour gloves I ordered in Large and, as some reviews indicated, the fingers are a maybe little long but as someone who sometimes suffers cold fingers they suit me for cool autumn rides but won’t be sufficient once the temperatures drop much into single figures.

Quality feels great, fit over my shoes perfectly. Not ridden them in the wet yet though.

I thought I'd try these oversocks. I bought the size where my shoe size is the bottom of the range they fit thinking there would be plenty of room but they are very hard to get on and off. The material doesn't seem to have enough stretch in it so it's difficult to get over the cleats and heels. It would have to be very cold before the effort of putting them on was worth it.
